For what seems like my entire life, I have suffered with doctor mouth conditions. I am pretty sure that it relates to the fact that I’ve been taking a medication. Looking back, my condition started at about the same time. Whatever the case could be, it is a terrible nuisance! I have consistently found myself in a situation where my mouth is either scratchy, bugged, dried out, or even red with blood.

All of this is really irritating to me and ends up making for an awkward scenario just about on a daily basis. I’m speaking in the resident tense right at the moment, but I most likely shouldn’t be. This is due to the fact that ever since I learned of Biotene, my problems have been much more controllable than before.

I’m not about to declare that the product works miracles & entirely cures me of the dryness, although you surely get what you pay for so long as you’re using it. I would suggest using both the toothpaste & mouthwash in tandem with one another, as you are likely to enjoy the best results like this.

As for the test, well there is an element built into Biotene that’s called Xylitol. Xylitol is mainly a synthetic sweetener and it’s used in loads of different products that you have probably had before, so I’m confident you won’t think much of this either.

The Xylitol definitely eliminates the stinging feeling you will typically feel when it comes to other cruel mouthwashes that contain alcohol (for example, Listerine). I believe that you will really like the mild intensity of the Biotene & you most undoubtedly will find it soothing to your mouth.

Overall, my dry mouth is more manageable than it is been in years. This is basically all I can hope for, as the dryness is easily controllable to me from here. So long as I take use my toothpaste and mouthwash every day, I am in nice shape.

I’m restating the obvious here, but nobody wants to have bad breath. Unfortunately, it’s something we can’t avoid. I’ve read stats that say that nearly half of all people suffer from it to some degree, and some obviously have it worse than others.

A lot of it has to do with your genetic makeup, meaning that it’s out of your control. However, the good news is that there are definitely some things you can do to curb the impact of this nuisance.

It surprises me to see that very few people know what a tongue scraper is, even though it could greatly benefit their situation. All you need to do is apply it toward the back of your tongue, simply pulling forward to drag bad breath bacteria off of your tongue.

People often misunderstand the root of bad breath. It doesn’t come from the foods you eat or your teeth, but rather from your tongue. Certain germs build up there and end up smelling really bad.

It’s just as important to floss your teeth as it is to brush them. Think about what happens to foods that stay there for days without being removed. They’ll obviously form some really foul odors, and being inside your mouth, this will come through as bad breath.
